At AquaTru Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or our contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Package
Safely pack the AquaTru unit in its original packaging, ensuring all components, filters, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
